On August 19th, media reports have surfaced alleging that Zhang Haowei, who played the role of Crown Prince Li Chengqian in the hit series "Joyful Troubles," is involved in financial irregularities including suspected accounting fraud and tax evasion. According to information from Tianyancha App, Zhang Xiaohan (also known as Zhang Haowei) is associated with multiple businesses. One of these is Nanjing Zhang Kaishou Film and Culture Studio, established in May 2015 with Zhang Xiaohan listed as the investor, a registered capital of 100,000 RMB, and business scope encompassing organizing cultural and artistic exchanges, film performances, and film planning, among other activities. This studio is a sole proprietorship under Zhang Haowei's name. Annual report data indicates that the studio has had no employees participating in social insurance for several years. Additionally, Xiangshan Zhang Kaishou Film and Culture Studio, where Zhang Haowei was listed as the operator, was founded in March 2021 and was deregistered this past April.
